Moscow Middle School

Dear Parents and Guardians:

We have a short week for students this week, due to professional development days for teachers this Thursday and Friday.  We will be on the A schedule all three days, Monday through Wednesday.  

CORE/Cub Pride Lessons and CORE Days for 6-8 graders: There are no homerooms and therefore is no CORE/Cub Pride lesson this week.   

PST Corner:  The first MMS Parent Support Team meeting has been rescheduled to take place Thursday, October 12 at 5:30 pm in the MMS library. 

Hello MMS families -- the first meeting of the Moscow Middle School Parent Support Team for the 2023-2024 school year will take place Thursday, October 12 from 5:30-6:30pm in the MMS library. The meeting is open to all families and friends of students at MMS Mr. Holman will give an update on the start of the school year and then we will be discussing technology/cell phone use including MMS policies and parental concerns.  Club Information:  

• Origami Club will meet Monday during both lunches in room 202.
•  Dungeons and Dragons will meet Mondays after school in room 204.
• Earth Club will meet Thursdays after school in room 113. 
• SpeakOut will meet Fridays during both lunches.

The District 2 Massed Band/Orchestra Festival is scheduled for Wednesday, October 11.  The event has been moved to Lewiston. Stay tuned for more information about bus times, etc.
